"American Pickers" is a reality TV show that has caught the attention of many people. Mike and Frank travel all across the United States to find and restore forgotten relics to their former glory. They dig through junkyards, barns, basements, garages, homes and run-down businesses to find amazing items of the past that have value and a story to tell. The story may be in the past, but still has significance today.
If you were to look for some relics from the time of the Bible to restore and retell their story, what would they be? While there are many items that could be chosen, in this series we are going to focus first on the Bible itself and then on the Old Testament tabernacle furnishings. The goal of this series is to rediscover the significance of these tabernacle furnishings and see how they still have value and meaning for our lives today as Christians.
