Jesus calls us to be His disciples. However, He doesn’t just throw us out there and expect us to carry out His work on our own. He trained His disciples in the New Testament before He sent them out and continued to train them throughout His ministry. For the summer of 2020 we will be following Jesus and learning from Him the things that He taught the original 12 and His other disciples that followed Him. We know that as Christians we have the forgiveness and life that Jesus gives. So this series is intended for us to think more about our calling as a Christian and to learn from Jesus what we really should be doing as a redeemed child of God.
