    We'll send you an email a week before the event with information about your evening with us on July 8.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.  Check-in will be at the doors under the covered drive.  Children needing childcare will be checked in at the Senior High Sunday School room.  Little ones will be taken from there to the church nursery where our Nursery worker, Miss Jennifer Kidd will help the Jr & Sr. High youth babysit.  Big kids will watch a movie and have pizza.  

    This Spring Fling Fundraiser is technically a Free Will donation event.  However, because it is our hope that doing a big event like this will mean that we do less "little" fundraisers throughout the year, we want to say a big "THANK YOU" ahead of time for your generosity.  For those who might ask, we suggest at least a $15 donation per plate and for those needing childcare, $20 for one child or $10 per child for multiple children.  All of your donation will go toward making our youth ministry a Christ-centered and God-glorifying place for the young people of Hamilton to grow in faith.
